  • Q What are the payment methods?

    A The common payment methods are as follows: A certain percentage of the payment is made upon signing the contract, and the full amount is paid before the goods are dispatched.
  • Q Are product demonstrations or prototype tests provided?

    A We strongly recommend that you visit our showroom or conduct on-site inspections of installed cases. For key clients and projects, we can negotiate and arrange for prototypes to be brought to your site for a short-term test to ensure that the equipment fully meets your actual operational requirements. 
  • Q How long does it take from placing an order to completing the production of the equipment?

    A For the standard model, the regular delivery period is 30-45 working days. The cycle includes production, assembly, complete machine testing and calibration. The cycle for customized products or bulk purchases will be longer accordingly. The sales manager will provide an accurate schedule after the contract is signed. 
  • Q How long is the warranty period? What does the warranty cover?

    A We offer a 12-month warranty for standard products, starting from the date of equipment acceptance and qualification. The warranty covers faults caused by material or manufacturing defects. We will provide free repair or replacement. 
  • Q How long does the period from placing an order to equipment installation take?

We can assist you in designing the monitoring plan, ensuring the system is installed in compliance with regulations, and connecting it to the designated regulatory platform. 
  • Q How can I select the appropriate equipment based on the situation of my factory?

    A Equipment selection depends on your industry type, discharge permit requirements, monitoring points (organized/unorganized), pollutant concentration range, and budget. We recommend that you provide basic information (such as industry, monitoring factors). Our technical engineers will provide you with free customized solution suggestions and configuration lists for free. 
  • Q Is frequent maintenance required? Is the daily operation complex?

    A Our equipment is designed with high reliability in mind, and the maintenance cycle is relatively long. The daily operations are carried out through an intelligent touch screen interface and remote monitoring software, which is intuitive and simple. We will provide detailed training and include complete operation and maintenance manuals. 
  • Q Are your devices in compliance with national and international standards?

    A Absolutely. Our devices strictly adhere to the relevant monitoring standards and regulations issued by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment of China, as well as international standards. And we have obtained CPA certification (China Environmental Protection Product Certification). 
  • Q What are the main categories of your company's equipment?

    A Fixed pollution source exhaust gas monitoring equipment, volatile organic compound monitoring equipment, environmental air monitoring equipment, gasoline station/vehicle exhaust monitoring equipment, water quality monitoring equipment, calibrators and other products.
