This article compares Gas Filter Correlation NDIR (GFC-NDIR) with traditional NDIR gas analyzers for industrial flue gas emission monitoring. Traditional NDIR suffers severe zero drift and unavoidable spectral crosstalk from CO, CO₂ and water vapor. Adopting a rotary dual gas cell structure, GFC-NDIR automatically offsets common-mode noise and extends calibration periods to 6–12 months.
