LY‑3012H‑C is an automatic integrated tester for dust and flue gas monitoring of stationary pollution source emissions. It adopts the pitot tube parallel constant‑rate sampling method to collect particulate matter, uses the filtration weighing method to measure particulate mass, and applies potentiostatic electrolysis and non‑dispersive infrared absorption methods to analyze flue gas components. With ultra‑compact size, real‑time parameter monitoring and optional direct dust reading function, the instrument can measure particulate emission concentration, converted concentration, total emission volume, and evaluate the efficiency of dust removal and desulfurization equipment. It is widely used in environmental protection, industrial enterprises, third‑party testing, safety supervision and scientific research fields.
Adopts standard pitot tube parallel constant‑rate sampling method to realize accurate and reliable particulate matter collection for stationary pollution source exhaust gas, fully compliant with national monitoring standards.
Compact structure for easy on-site movement and operation; strong environmental adaptability, stable performance in complex working conditions.
Real‑time display of dynamic pressure, static pressure, flue gas temperature, flow velocity and other key operating parameters to ensure full‑process traceable sampling.
Built‑in high‑precision electronic flowmeter with real‑time temperature and pressure tracking, ensuring accurate flow measurement and stable constant‑rate sampling.
Configurable high‑performance electrochemical sensor module supports simultaneous measurement of O2, SO2, NO, NO2, CO, CO2 and other flue gas components with flexible combination.
Built‑in self‑diagnostic function automatically inspects instrument status, gives fault alerts, and facilitates daily maintenance and safe operation.
Adopts high‑efficiency corrosion‑resistant sampling pump, maintenance‑free long‑term continuous operation, suitable for various harsh flue gas working conditions.
Supports timing, positioning, anti‑counterfeiting printing and log recording; equipped with communication interface for data docking with information management platform.
