LY- 3021 Portable Infrared Flue Gas Analyzer

This product employs gas filtration correlation-based non-dispersive infrared (NDIR-GFC) technology combined with high-temperature thermal-humidity analysis to detect harmful gases (e.g., SO₂, NO₂, NO, CO) and greenhouse gases (e.g., CO₂, CH₄, N₂O) from stationary pollution sources. Featuring an integrated design that eliminates the need for additional preprocessors for on-site monitoring, it utilizes proprietary core technology, offering greater portability and convenience compared to similar foreign instruments. The product finds extensive applications in environmental protection agencies, testing laboratories, industrial enterprises (including power plants, steel mills, cement plants, sugar refineries, paper mills, smelters, ceramic plants, boiler furnaces, as well as aluminum, magnesium, zinc, titanium, silicon, and pharmaceutical industries—including fertilizer, chemical, rubber, and material manufacturers), healthcare institutions, labor safety departments, military organizations, research facilities, educational institutions, and other sectors.

  • Advantages of GFC-NDIR over Conventional NDIR
This article compares Gas Filter Correlation NDIR (GFC-NDIR) with traditional NDIR gas analyzers for industrial flue gas emission monitoring. Traditional NDIR suffers severe zero drift and unavoidable spectral crosstalk from CO, CO₂ and water vapor. Adopting a rotary dual gas cell structure, GFC-NDIR automatically offsets common-mode noise and extends calibration periods to 6–12 months. Its proprietary three-tier anti-interference system eliminates over 80% spectral overlap disturbance. Featuring compact modular integration, the portable GFC-NDIR unit detects standard pollutants and greenhouse gases simultaneously, fully meeting HJ 1473-2026 interference standards and cutting long-term maintenance and equipment investment costs.
