The LY-5032 Automatic Permanganate Index Analyzer is a professional, high-throughput analytical instrument purpose-built for accurate determination of permanganate index (CODₘₙ value) in aqueous samples. Based on the classic redox titration principle, it uses potassium permanganate to oxidize reducing substances in acidic/alkaline solutions, then back-titrates excess potassium permanganate with sodium oxalate standard solution, with results directly quantified by potassium permanganate consumption. This CODₘₙ water quality analyzer adopts fully integrated automation technology, realizing one-click detection from sample digestion to titration result output, with full unattended operation. The intelligent electronically controlled robotic arm enables stable, high-precision sample cup transfer, high-temperature grasping and titration, completely replacing manual intervention for full-process automation.
Equipped with high-resolution RGB visual sensors simulating human eye recognition, the system automatically judges the titration endpoint via real-time color change monitoring, delivering accurate and reliable endpoint identification with precision RSD ≤ 3.0% (3.0 mg/L glucose standard solution, n=3).
The system features independent metering for 4 types of testing reagents, with real-time reagent consumption monitoring and low-level early warning, ensuring test validity and avoiding invalid experiments caused by reagent shortage.
The built-in data workstation displays a real-time sample position schematic, supporting free sample cancellation, addition or replacement during operation without stopping the process, greatly improving batch testing flexibility.
