All glass components of this dioxins sampling probe are made of high-quality borosilicate glass and other inert materials, effectively avoiding sample adsorption and contamination, ensuring the authenticity and integrity of the collected samples for subsequent laboratory analysis.
The sampling tube adsorption column is placed inside the condenser to fully ensure the required refrigeration temperature for sample absorption, with a 450W high-efficiency chiller that can maintain a cryogenic temperature ≤5℃. The sampling tube also has an independent heating and temperature control system, with adjustable heating temperature from 100℃ to 160℃, adapting to different flue gas conditions.
Adopting a modular design, the device features a compact size, lightweight build, and easy portability and assembly. The sampling tube integrates an S-shaped pitot tube, platinum resistance, and sampling nozzle into one compact structure, enabling simultaneous measurement of flue gas flow velocity, temperature, and other parameters during sampling, improving on-site work efficiency.
The glass components have excellent sealing performance and are easy to disassemble and assemble. The standard sampling tube length is 1.5m, which can be customized according to customer requirements, with multiple sampling nozzle specifications available to fit different flue and test well conditions.
