LY-3233 ATEX Cooled OGI Camera is a professional remote non-contact gas leakage imaging instrument equipped with a high-precision cooled infrared detector. It is mainly used for rapid detection and location of VOC gas leakage in hazardous explosive environments. With official explosion-proof certification, high-sensitivity imaging, laser ranging, multiple imaging modes and real-time data synchronization, this camera provides safe, clear and efficient gas leak inspection and on-site evidence collection for petrochemical, environmental supervision, industrial safety and emergency scenarios.
This camera adopts professional explosion-proof design with certification not less than Ex ic nC op is IIC T6 Gc, ensuring safe use in flammable and explosive hazardous environments. It meets strict safety requirements for on-site detection in petrochemical, oil and gas, and chemical plants.
Built with a refrigerated T2SL type II superlattice detector (320×256 resolution) and thermal sensitivity ≤10mK, it delivers ultra-clear infrared imaging for trace gas leakage. The 3.2~3.5μm working band is highly sensitive to VOCs, enabling quick identification of tiny leaks. It supports 1.0X~32.0X continuous digital zoom and focusing (manual/electric/automatic).
It provides IR, visible light, picture-in-picture, dual-light fusion and edge enhancement modes for clearer leak display. Equipped with laser indication and 1.5km laser ranging, 5.5-inch rotatable touch screen, OLED viewfinder, 16MP visible light camera, positioning, recording and voice annotation, making it ideal for on-site law enforcement and evidence collection.
The 270° rotatable handle supports multi-angle observation. It is equipped with HDMI, Type-C and TF card (up to 512G) ports. It can connect with a hydrogen flame ionization detector via wireless transmission to display real-time gas concentration on the same screen. The replaceable battery supports ≥4 hours of field use.
