Cement Plant

For the high dust and high alkali metal exhaust gases at the kiln head and kiln tail, a high-temperature extraction monitoring system is adopted. A self-cleaning ceramic filter is configured to effectively solve the problem of exhaust gas adhesion from the cement kiln, and accurately monitor NOx, NH? emissions, and PM2.5/PM10 classification data, contributing to the certification for ultra-low emissions.

This article compares Gas Filter Correlation NDIR (GFC-NDIR) with traditional NDIR gas analyzers for industrial flue gas emission monitoring. Traditional NDIR suffers severe zero drift and unavoidable spectral crosstalk from CO, CO₂ and water vapor. Adopting a rotary dual gas cell structure, GFC-NDIR automatically offsets common-mode noise and extends calibration periods to 6–12 months. Its proprietary three-tier anti-interference system eliminates over 80% spectral overlap disturbance. Featuring compact modular integration, the portable GFC-NDIR unit detects standard pollutants and greenhouse gases simultaneously, fully meeting HJ 1473-2026 interference standards and cutting long-term maintenance and equipment investment costs.
