LY-8040 Intelligent Flow/Pressure/Temperature/Humidity Calibrator is an all-in-one, high-precision portable calibrator designed for integrated calibration of micro pressure, gage pressure, temperature, humidity and flow. It realizes multi-range flow detection, automatic pressure control, flue temperature verification and wet-dry bulb calibration in one machine, with high accuracy, portable structure and built-in lithium battery for cordless working. It is widely used for calibration of dust samplers, flue gas analyzers and other environmental monitoring instruments, providing efficient and compliant calibration solutions for environmental protection, metrology, safety supervision, scientific research and other fields.
This intelligent calibrator integrates flow, micro pressure, gage pressure, temperature and humidity calibration into one compact unit. It supports micro flow, low flow, mid flow and big flow measurement across full ranges, and realizes simultaneous multi-channel flow calibration. It is equipped with PT100 flue gas temperature calibration (0℃ to 400℃) and wet-dry bulb calibration function, meeting full-scenario calibration needs of various sampling and monitoring instruments.
The instrument adopts high-sensitivity sensing modules and automatic pressure boosting technology, with micro pressure tolerance within ±1Pa and gage pressure tolerance within ±0.1kPa. It supports automatic conversion of standard condition, reference condition and environmental flow, and provides high-accuracy calibration data with stable and reliable performance. Built-in 8-inch large color touch screen provides clear data display and intuitive human-machine interaction. It supports voice broadcast, one-key calibration, data storage, query, wireless printing and USB export.
