Metallurgical Plant

A large-scale metallurgical plant is facing a challenging problem: The smoke and dust emissions from its sintering, smelting and other processes have extremely low concentrations (often lower than 20mg/m³) and fluctuate greatly, but the national "Emission Standards for Atmospheric Pollutants from Steel Industry" (GB 28662-2012) has strict limits for this. Traditional low-flow sampling instruments perform poorly in complex conditions with high humidity and high flow rates, resulting in poor sampling representativeness and unstable data, making it difficult for the enterprise to accurately assess the dust removal efficiency and even facing compliance risks.

The large-flow low-concentration dust gas testing instrument we provide has successfully overcome this bottleneck. Its 90 liters/minute high-flow sampling ensures efficient capture and representativeness of ultra-fine particles; the special continuous heating and intelligent dehumidification design completely solves the measurement distortion problem caused by smoke condensation. The actual application data shows that this equipment has a correlation of over 0.99 with the standard method, helping customers reduce the uncertainty of dust monitoring by 70% and making the emission data true and reliable, accurately guiding the optimization of dust removal facilities.

This instrument fully meets and exceeds industry standards. Our company's ISO9001 quality management system certification and the CPA China Environmental Protection Product Certification provide reliable guarantees for steel and metallurgical enterprises from precise measurement to compliance management.

This article compares Gas Filter Correlation NDIR (GFC-NDIR) with traditional NDIR gas analyzers for industrial flue gas emission monitoring. Traditional NDIR suffers severe zero drift and unavoidable spectral crosstalk from CO, CO₂ and water vapor. Adopting a rotary dual gas cell structure, GFC-NDIR automatically offsets common-mode noise and extends calibration periods to 6–12 months. Its proprietary three-tier anti-interference system eliminates over 80% spectral overlap disturbance. Featuring compact modular integration, the portable GFC-NDIR unit detects standard pollutants and greenhouse gases simultaneously, fully meeting HJ 1473-2026 interference standards and cutting long-term maintenance and equipment investment costs.
