Thermal Power Plant

A thermal power plant in North China is subject to strict ultra-low emission regulations, requiring the concentration of smoke dust to be consistently below 10mg/m³. However, the boiler flue gas presents challenges such as high humidity, low concentration, and unstable flow rate. Traditional testing instruments are prone to being clogged by condensation and experiencing sampling distortion, resulting in data that cannot accurately reflect the efficiency of dust removal facilities, thereby posing risks to compliant operation.

The smoke dust concentration testing instrument we provide adopts continuous high-temperature heating sampling and high-precision micro-pressure difference balance technology, completely eliminating the interference caused by water condensation and unstable flow rate. Practical applications have shown that the deviation between this equipment and the standard method is less than 5%, helping customers improve the stability of smoke dust concentration monitoring by 60%, and accurately guiding the optimization of bag dust collectors' cleaning cycles, resulting in annual savings of over 150,000 yuan in operation and maintenance costs.

This solution fully meets the ultra-low emission monitoring requirements of the "Emission Standards for Air Pollutants from Thermal Power Plants" (GB 13223-2011). Our company's ISO9001 quality management system certification and product CPA environmental protection certification provide complete guarantees from precise measurement to reliable compliance for thermal power plant customers.

This article compares Gas Filter Correlation NDIR (GFC-NDIR) with traditional NDIR gas analyzers for industrial flue gas emission monitoring. Traditional NDIR suffers severe zero drift and unavoidable spectral crosstalk from CO, CO₂ and water vapor. Adopting a rotary dual gas cell structure, GFC-NDIR automatically offsets common-mode noise and extends calibration periods to 6–12 months. Its proprietary three-tier anti-interference system eliminates over 80% spectral overlap disturbance. Featuring compact modular integration, the portable GFC-NDIR unit detects standard pollutants and greenhouse gases simultaneously, fully meeting HJ 1473-2026 interference standards and cutting long-term maintenance and equipment investment costs.
