Qingdao Laoying Haina Holds The 1st Maintenance Skill Competition in 2026

On February 26, 2026, Qingdao Laoying Haina held the 2026 Maintenance Skill Competition to improve the professional and practical abilities of its after-sales team. Under the theme of “promoting learning through competition and application through practice”, the event combined theory and practice to comprehensively improve engineers’ technical skills.

Liu Minghui, Deputy General Manager of Marketing, delivered a speech at the opening ceremony. He stressed that technology is the foundation of service. With fast product updates and higher customer expectations, continuous learning and skill improvement are necessary for every service member.

The competition was hosted by Yu Jian, Director of Customer Service. Senior technical experts including Deng Chunlei and Chen Guangcheng were invited as examiners to ensure fairness. The contest included theoretical tests and practical operations, covering instrument maintenance, assembly, and chip-level soldering. Ten engineers from three professional groups competed on site with solid skills.

After the competition, a review meeting was held to summarize shortcomings and improvement directions. Yu Jian stated that the team would keep carrying out such training to upgrade service quality.

Taking this competition as a new starting point, Laoying’s customer service team will continue to strengthen technical capabilities and provide customers with more efficient and reliable after-sales support, promoting the steady development of the Lonying brand.
